Explore Victoria held their first Bicentennial Old Victoria Trolley Tour in downtown Victoria Jan. 13 in celebration of the city turning 200 years old this April. "The response has been fanstastic," Novosad said. Led by Jeff Wright, executive director of Victoria Preservation Inc., the tour took guests through the interior of the Victoria County Courthouse. Tourists then boarded a trolley from Texas Coast Limousines for a tour through Old Victoria.
