The Ritz-Carlton, Bal Harbour is delighted to announce the appointment of the new General Manager, Eugenia Dwyer. With the addition of Eugenia, The Ritz-Carlton, Bal Harbour will renew and revitalize the guest experience at the luxury beachfront resort.
In her new role, Eugenia is dedicated to cultivating an unparalleled experience at The Ritz-Carlton, Bal Harbour through inspired moments and programming that leave guests wowed. Eugenia's goals are to elevate the overall ambiance of the hotel and create long-lasting relationships with guests by emphasizing the warm and welcoming culture and spirit of The Ritz-Carlton brand. To accomplish this, Eugenia will utilize her vast knowledge from her nearly 30 years of experience in hospitality management.
Not only does Eugenia benefit from her many years in the industry, but hospitality also runs in the family. Eugenia follows in the footsteps of her grandparents, who spent many years within the hospitality industry in her home country of Argentina. With her South American heritage, Eugenia will also bring a global sensibility to her General Manager position, creating an inviting environment for guests from all corners of the world.
Eugenia joins The Ritz-Carlton, Bal Harbour team having previously served as General Manager of Eden Roc & Nobu Miami Beach. Her experience at the luxury resort taught Eugenia invaluable skills on managing a large-scale, high-end operation across diverse F&B, spa, and retail outlets. Eugenia's strong leadership also left a mark on the brand and resulted in her achieving the highest team members' satisfaction scores the hotel had seen in five years.
Eugenia also brings impressive experience from working across multiple brands in varying New York City locations, such as The Westin Times Square, Waldorf Astoria, and W Hotels in both Times Square and Hoboken, New Jersey. In 2012, Eugenia accepted her first Manager Role at the Highgate Hotels in New York, followed by a promotion to Complex General Manager for The Gates & 24 North in Key West, embarking on her successful career in sunny Florida. Eugenia is proud to have earned a Bachelor in Hospitality Management from CUNY New York City College of Technology as well as various Advanced Professional Certifications from NYU and Cornell University.
